Information needed.
George was a young man of 15 when he helped his family cross the rugged San Juan country. His primary responsibilities were the cattle and horse herds the parties had brought. Because of the scarcity of grass and water around the Hole in the Rock, George and other young men his age were often forced to take the stock many miles away from the Hole to find adequate forage.
